BREAKING! NRM GUBER CANDIDATE SAYS PDP MADE UMUAHIA A GLORIFIED VILLAGE 

The National Rescue Movement (NRM paati mmanú añú) Governorship Candidate, Kalu Ijomah Ukeh has promised Abians to develop Umuahia the Abia state capital to the status of a real state capital.

Addressing party supporters across the state in his campaign office in Umauhia, Kalu lamented about the poor and pitiable physical look of Abia state capital, noting that Abians are ashamed of the looks of Umauhia. 

"When we assume office, the infastructural decay in  Umuahia and Abia in general will be a thing of the past. Without mincing words, the streets of Port Harcourt, Uyo, Calaba, Owerri, and Abakaliki are better than Umuahia the Abia state capital. Currently, the physical look of Umuahia is incomparable to any other state capital in Nigeria. Abians are ashamed".

Kalu Ijomah noted that all the roads in Umuahia including the one that leads to Abia state government house are more or less track roads and  promised to change the narratives.

"We are not coming into office to share money but to develop Abia. Look at Aba the industrial and commercial hub of Nigeria, no good roads. Many residents of Aba have parked their vehicles because the roads are not motorable. Nothing is working in Abia, no salaries,  no pensions are paid even Abia teaching hospital workers are not paid. When you owe health workers, how will they  take care of sick people".

The NRM Abia  Governorship Candidate said that the claim that Abia state does not have money is a lie. He noted that despite the fact that Abia is an oil producing state, the money generated in Aba alone is enough to develop Abia State and put the state  ahead of other states.

Speaking to Newsmen after the meeting, Mr David Enyioma noted that Kalu Ijomah's plan to develop Aba is a welcome development. "Chief Kalu Ijomah Ukeh's plan to develop Aba is  a good one. Anyone who develops Aba has developed the whole of Igbo land. The infastructural development of Aba will positivity affect the entire southeast and Nigeria at large".

Sources close to the Abia state NRM Guber candidate, Kalu Ijomah had revealed that Abia state Political Stakeholders who have zoned the governorship seat to Abia North, endorsed Kalu Ijomah of NRM who hails from Ohafia because of his past achievements and intellectual capacity to deliver the state.
